As a prerequiste to bid on subcontracts for this project, please print and complete the Subcontractor Qualification Application Download file In addition, to be eligible for MBE/WBE credit, a firm must be currently certified by one of the below agencies and perform in the specialty area for which they are certified:
- City of Chicago
- Chicago Minority Business Development Council
- County of Cook
- Women's Business Development Center
- State of Illinois, Central Management Services Division
