CMSA includes the following six counties: Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will
Community residents are defined as residents of the City of Chicago aldermanic ward in which the project is being constructed and adjacent wards - 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 25th, 27th, 28th and 42nd.
